22 Lowrey, Ottawa

22 Lowrey is a three unit condo building in the Heart of Hintonburg. The project is comprised of two 1224 sf units and one 1148 sf unit on the main floor. The unit features include but are not limited to 9 foot ceilings, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, high-end flooring and tiling finishes and large windows for optimal views of the City. This three unit condo building is a good example of design meeting quality building science. Everything from the insulation for increased STC ratings, cork sub-flooring, sprinkler system for safety, high-efficiency mechanical and lighting systems, to the waterproofing membranes in the washrooms and exterior building envelope all attribute to a high-quality living space.
